WHO WE ARE
Founded in 2008, our team brings over two decades of experience in commercial interior design, renovation and build projects for restaurants, cafés, retail stores and offices.
We plan each space around the business environment, customer flow, staff needs and day-to-day operations. Our approach considers buildability, budget, technical requirements and building management requirements early, so the design process and construction process stay aligned and efficient.
What Makes Us Different
We Build with Precision, Purpose, and Accountability.
End-to-End Commercial Expertise
One design team coordinates space planning, design concepts, M&E, BCA and relevant authority requirements, carpentry, fit-out and construction. This means one point of responsibility across design and construction.
In-House Build Capability
Our build team manages key works directly, helping improve coordination, craftsmanship and project execution while reducing unnecessary hand-offs between contractors.
Approvals Planned Early
We account for landlord, MCST, building management and relevant authority requirements from the start of the project, helping reduce avoidable rework and delays during the renovation process.
Responsive & Reliable
Clear communication and practical information keep the project moving from start to finish, with attention to quality, timing and handover.
