About This Project
SSADA GIMBA is a chain Korean restaurant located at Lentor Modern, with a total area of approximately 1,400 sq ft.
The brand operates under established design and brand guidelines, which needed to be strictly observed during design development and execution.
R&S Construction & Design was appointed to deliver a full turnkey solution, covering the entire process from design coordination to construction, finishing, and provision of loose furniture.
The client’s primary objective was clear: maximum peace of mind.
Specifically, the client required:

Our team conducted frequent site visits and held repeated coordination sessions with the client and mall management to confirm site conditions, construction constraints, and approval requirements before works commenced—minimising risks during execution.
