site visit
We visit your property, go through your brief and assess the full scope. You’ll get a rough cost range and a clear picture of what’s involved. No obligation.
Design &
detailed proposal
We prepare floor plans, 3D renders, material selections and a full itemised quotation. Typically ready within 2–3 weeks of the site visit.
Permits &
regulatory approvals
For A&A or structural works, we prepare and submit all BCA/URA applications. We track the approvals and keep you updated at every step.
Construction
fit-out
Once approvals are in place, works begin. Your project lead is on site to supervise quality, manage sub-contractors and keep the timeline on track.
Handover &
aftercare
We do a full defect walkthrough with you before handover. You get as-built drawings, a 12-month workmanship warranty and a direct contact for aftercare.
